Die Kudelski-Gruppe Verkauft Multicard AG Ihren 50%-Anteil an Polyright |

19.07.2011, Die Kudelski-Gruppe (SIX:KUD.S) gab heute bekannt, dass sie Multicard AG, einem Unternehmen mit Sitz in Zürich und Tochtergesellschaft der Identive Gruppe, ihren 50%-Anteil an Polyright SA verkauft hat. Dieser Entscheid ist ein Ergebnis der strategischen Neuausrichtung der Aktivitäten der Kudelski-Gruppe, die im Februar 2011 angekündigt wurde.
Securitas hat seinen 50%-Anteil an Polyright ebenfalls an Multicard AG verkauft. Multicard hat zugesagt, die Aktivitäten von Polyright fortzuführen und weiterzuentwickeln.
