Der Verwaltungsrat der COMET Gruppe, weltweit führend in der Herstellung von Systemen und Komponenten für die Wachstumsmärkte erstörungsfreie Materialprüfung, Sicherheit und Semicon, ernennt an seiner gestrigen Verwaltungsratssitzung Herrn Michael Kammerer, mit Wirkung ab 1. September 2008, zum neuen Leiter des Bereichs Vacuum Capacitors und Geschäftsleitungsmitglied der COMET Gruppe.
Michael Kammerer (1961), Schweizer Staatsangehöriger, ist seit Januar 2008 bei der COMET Gruppe als Leiter Supply Chain Management und Produktion Vacuum Capacitors tätig. Michael Kammerer verfügt über einen grossen Leistungsausweis und bringt einschlägige Erfahrung im OEM-Geschäft mit.
Er war zuvor für namhafte Unternehmungen in der Metall - und Automobilindustrie tätig, zuletzt für Saia-Burgess AG/Johnson-Electric als Head of Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance. Michael Kammerer verfügt über ein MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management (University of Birmingham / UK)
