19.02.2010, Syngenta hat bekannt gegeben, dass der Geschäftsbericht 2009 in „Form 20-F“ bei der amerikanischen Börsenaufsichtsbehörde (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) eingereicht wurde.
Das Dokument ist im Internet abrufbar unter www.syngenta.com (Bereich Investor
Relations). Gedruckte Exemplare des von der Revisionsstelle geprüften Berichts sind für
Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre auf Anfrage kostenlos erhältlich.
